If you run into an issue please contact RMW within 12 hours of the delayed check in to open a claim. LATE FEES ARE NOT AUTOMATIC and are only issued when a claim is opened. RMW reserves the right to charge the renter $25 for each day the item is not checked in, after 4 days the full replacement rate will be charged along with applicable service fees. We encourage you to work directly with your renter to resolve any issues, but are here to help if you cannot reach an agreement with them.
