You do not have to allow fittings at the exchange. However, you will likely have a better chance of renting the item out if you allow the renter time and space to try it on if they need to. Having great photos of your item, displaying photos of other renters, and making your size/ weight/ bust visible can help a renter better determine if the item will fit them and may reduce requests for fittings.
